This Addendum to the Michael Farmer Photography Contract (Addendum) is an addendum to postpone the Wedding Planning Services contract between M Farmer Productions dba Michael Farmer Photography and Clients listed below. This postponement addendum shall become effective as of today.

Postponement Policy

- The non-refundable deposit amount can be transferred to a new wedding date within 12 months of original date, pending date and personel availability. - Only one postponement is allowed per event, otherwise the cancellation policy for the original Wedding Planning Services contract will be enforced. - 25% of final Total Service Fee balance is due on original Agreement due date, and the remaining 25% balance is due 7 days prior to the new event date. - If the venue also changes, contract will be revisited and additional costs may occur pending set up and travel.

Fees & Deposit Schedule

The 50% deposit of the Wedding Contract Total Service Fee is non-refundable. 25% of the final/revised balance is due 7 days prior to the original event date, and the final 25% balance is due 7 days prior to the new event date.
