So Smitten Events is a full-service planning, design, and coordination team based in Long Beach and headed by Marni Farmer, self-proclaimed "lady in the streets, and a freak in spreadsheets!" Their dream team will guide you through all of the wedding planning shenanigans with kindness, grace, and humor, and with the goal of creating a truly smashing experience for you and your guests. All you need to do is just show up, get married to the love of your life, and party the night away.
GingerSnap Florals is a boutique floral studio owned and operated by Melanie Ruth, specializing in weddings and events. Melanie began her love of floral design in 2013, when she booked her own wedding florist. She was taken on as an apprentice soon after, and worked exclusively on wedding designs and installations. With a background in theatre and set dressing, Melanie has a flair for the dramatic with texture-driven floral designs. Each event should show the beautiful and unique personalities of each couple, and just like a play tells a story, Melanie wants her floral design to be the perfect addition to each couple’s romantic narrative.
Lofty Dream Salón owner Jenelle Hutcherson has over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry. With a gift for styling and men’s grooming, she has been making Academy Award board members red-carpet ready for six years running. She is a master creative colorist and an international beauty educator. Her salon is located inside of f/8 Studios.
Beauty is Lala's passion. With over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, her goal is to enhance her clients' natural beauty while maintaining the health and integrity of their lashes and brows. Lala specializes in eyelash extensions and eyelash lifts. She also offers brow shaping, as well as waxing and makeup application. Lala’s mission is to provide clients with the best customer service while using quality products to ensure that she never jeopardizes the integrity of her clients’ hair and skin. "Eyes are the windows to the soul and lashes are the drapes,” and her goal is to make sure you are draped in the best way possible.
Tempoe Entertainment DJs is Southern California’s number one rated DJ company. Owned and operated by Ryan Girgis, aka DJ Tempoe, the company successfully produces over 500 events each year. In addition to a team of top-notch DJs and MCs, Tempoe Entertainment offers photo booths, lighting, monogram gobos, special effects, projections, karaoke, and bi-lingual services. With their state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment, 100,000+ songs, and 30,000+ music videos, Tempoe Entertainment can service any event including weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and celebrations.
