Your private appointment includes exclusive access to our beautifully-styled holiday set, featuring Santa’s sleigh, cozy library, and enchanted closet. Meet with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Blitzen the Reindeer, and don’t forget to bring your letter to Santa! This year’s magical surprises include Blitzen’s new baby and an adorable baby polar bear. Let our professional photographer capture the timeless moments, ensuring you’ll relive this enchanting experience for years to come. Arrive early to explore our curated holiday boutique and make your visit even more special!

Please read through each package thoroughly before making your decision, and please note that editing times are different for each package.
Each session can host a maximum of (5) guests (whether they are planning to be in the photos or not). Please book back-to-back appointments if you would like photos with a group larger than (5) guests or more experience time with Santa. Pets are always welcome!

Pre-recorded video from Santa included in the Gold and Platinum Packages.

ADD-ONS
Add on a plushie and/or cookie from Santa during your appointment! Choose your gift now, and Santa will have it ready for your visit.
Pre-Santa Experience Add-ons:
1. Custom letter sent to your home from Santa inviting you to the Santa Experience and announcing your induction on the Nice List
2. A video letter sent in the mail from Santa personally telling your child they made the Nice List

THE FINE PRINT
When you arrive for your appointment:
- Enter through the front door of the studio on Orange Ave.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and enjoy our Christmas shop. This will ensure that you are not late as we have back-to-back sold out appointments.
- There is free street parking on Orange Ave. and Bixby Rd.
- If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your photo shoot experience with the remaining appointment time allotted.
Please note:
- No refunds if appointment is cancelled within 72 hours.
- If you miss your appointment completely, there are unfortunately no reschedules or refunds.
- Photos are edited to our signature style. Requests for additional editing will incur a fee of $50/photo.
- Please book back-to-back appointments if you would like photos with a group larger than 5 guests or more experience time with Santa!
- Please come already dressed for your appointment. Outfit changes cannot be accommodated unless back-to-back appointments are booked.
